Actually, we "get" bathroom humor. But we just stop laughing at it after about 6th grade.
As for this guy, he happens to be a good comedian, But it's the SAME joke ALL Arab-American comedians are doing these days. It would be fresher & thus funnier to hear an Arab-American make jokes about a parody of bin Laden being a fun guy or something that dares to mock the Islamic fundamentalists, like suicide bombers getting to heaven and finding just gay virgins. But that isn't going to happen, is it.
