they are both right in their own way. but i don't know how are the oil companies 'overcharging'?? i heard 'maximizing' and not 'overcharging' ... so they are both rite and a fair warning as suggested is all needed. so oil companies are not to blame but warning ahead of time is the thing :)

Bill O'Reilly is either lying here or just completely uninformed. He said, "greed caused this current chaos, and there was no Paul Revere in public office to alert us. The fault lies with both parties."
But this is completely wrong. There was a Paul Revere. His name is Ron Paul and he's been warning about this for years. Enough of these lies already. How can people be informed when highly paid millionaires like O'Reilly are giving inaccurate information? Their pay is not justified.

For once I agree with Bill. Cavuto will never argue against corporate America; of course Bill very rarely ever does either. Even here, he calls this a case of "greed" rather than the oil execs acting rationally within a system that promotes greed.

They both love to comment how "when government gets involved, everything goes wrong..." But they have no problem with government subsidies to mega corporations, and laws that protect multi nationals from going bankrupt due to their own risky practices. Government is heavily involved, and always has been. It's just in favor of the super rich, and these two think that is "freedom"
