Great video. I always get out of suicidal thoughts through these: Negative remarks are only opinions, not truths. Negative circumstances are only temporary discomforts, not permanence.

a great video, for many reasons, BUT isn't hope only needed when you are in fear? when out of it why would i need hope? has anyone went beyond hope and found this place beyond the labyrinth? surely hope is only needed by those inside to ensure that they keep trying. where is the proof of there being a way out? hope is not a way out. suicide IS a way out of it. hope isn't. hope is only needed inside of it. how do we/you know there is an outside?

Depression and suicidal thoughts are disillusionment with life. It is a good place to be though, because you're ready to see through the illusions of life, find out what is deep inside yourself. When you come out the other side, there is the greatest joy that is beyond the human idea of what joy is. All who are depressed are on the road to knowing the joy that comes with seeing through illusion. In the meantime, be easy on the self and live through the dark night of the soul. It will pass.
